Don't let suspension and debarment put an end to your government contracting opportunities.
Suspension and debarment are some of the most severe penalties that can be levied against government contractors. Once a contractor is suspended or debarred, that company will be ineligible on the GSA's System for Award Management, and no primary contracts will be awarded. That's pretty bleak news for any government contractor.
The good news is that there are steps government contractors can take to minimize their risk of suspension and debarment.
Join Robert Meunier, CEO of Debarment Solutions, LLC, as he presents and moderates a panel designed to help government contractors put measures into place to avoid suspension and debarment.
Attendees will learn:
We'll also examine vulnerabilities in accounting systems. Even billing errors can give rise to a cause for debarment. The CPA on our panel will explain the key components of an adequate cost accounting system and also comment on software application options for cost accounting systems.
The legal expert on our panel will explain the challenges of contractors who face suspensions during the course of an ongoing investigation or audit. He'll give tips for what to do if you're contacted by the Department of Justice about a suspension or debarment matter.
