New guidance and changes to the program will be announced by the SBA in early April and Rod will share what he knows and how it can help businesses.
Rod will specifically come to announce the recent increase to $500,000 for small business in the EIDL loan can help any small business affected by Covid in the last year.
The SVOG program was created when the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, P.L. 116-260, was signed into law in late December. The Economic Aid Act appropriated $15 billion to the program, which is designed to provide eligible applicants with grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, up to a maximum of $10 million.
Atigro and its partner sponsors created this series to provide a direct line of communication between the US Small Business Administration and small businesses during the Covid crisis.
