Jasbir Singh is a registered patent attorney who practices intellectual property law in Virginia. He received his law degree from American University in DC. He also received a Baccalaureate of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tufts University.
 
Jasbir worked as a software engineer in the DMV for 15 years as an employee and a small business owner in computer security and web-development. Jasbir started his law practice in 2000. He has extensive patent litigation and patent prosecution experience including 8 years at Winston & Strawn, one of the largest law firms in the nation. He has represented numerous Fortune 100 and mid-to-small size companies including Verizon, Clearwire, Hughes Network Systems, Samsung, Honda Motors, among others.
 
He is currently working on elevating his status from being the worst golfer in the DMV.  Jasbir and his wife, Kanchana, have lived in Great Falls, VA for the last 20 years.

Michael O'Hanlan is the CEO of the accounting firm R. M. O'Hanlan Consulting (RMOHC).  He hails from Waynesboro, VA and left to pursue a multitude of interests.  This resulted in studying in Stockholm, Sweden & Leningrad, USSR, and graduating as both a proud Spartan (Michigan State University) and a Cavalier (University of Virginia).  On the way, accounting discovered and welcomed a very non-traditional accountant into its ranks.

Outside of accounting, O'Hanlan has played in many symphonies and successfully used many languages in both travel and work.  If you take language grammar, add the structure of music harmony, it is a baby step to accounting.

Greetings!!  My name is Tom Woods and I am the Co-Founder of Workforce recovery Solutions.  I am a native to the DMV, growing up just outside of DC.  I have spent 20+ years in corporate Business Development, taking a 10 year break to attend graduate school, eventually becoming a Catholic priest stationed in Bethesda.  (1999-2008)  I am, however, a person in Recovery which is why my company was created.  I have worked as a counselor, interventionist and speaker for years in this field and 2.5 years ago created WRS.  We help organizations protect their people, profit and reputations through ongoing education, implementing proven strategic solutions.  We want to help!

Noel A. Nazario is President of Elfsec LLC, a consulting firm focused on cyber security risks to support business growth and mission success. He brings vast experience in technology, management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement, plus a passion for applying new technologies and perspectives to achieve customer goals. He started his career at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Computer Security Division doing pioneer work in Security Labels, Data Categorization, Assurance Levels, and Public Key Infrastructure. He later joined KPMG, Ernst & Young, and Grant Thornton in Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, and Director roles serving clients in all branches of the U.S. Government and various industries. Noel earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, and holds a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designation.

Understanding my client’s needs, providing white glove service & building long lasting relationship is my number one priority.I graduated from George Mason University with a BS in Business Management in 1997, With over two decades of experience in the financial service industry, I have spent time working in Mortgage Loan Origination, Auto Origination sales/underwriting, and as a Business Banking consultant. During my professional career, I have received several awards, such as top producer, Expert award, and President and Chairman’s club.My husband and I live with our two teenagers in Loudoun county area. Outside of work, I enjoy visiting unique coffee shops, restaurants with my family. Soccer and football fields have become our favorite activity watching our kids play sports.
